Premier — our dog-friendly apartments

Four waterfront apartments on the wharf, looking out over the full sweep of St Ives harbour and west to Godrevy lighthouse. Dogs of any size stay free at all four. Premier 1 and Premier 3 are two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, sleeping up to six. Premier 2 and Premier 4 are harbour suites built for short breaks — Chilito is right downstairs when you’d rather be eating out than cooking.

Book your stay with us directly and we’ll hold a reserved space for you at Porthgwidden car park, for your whole stay — one car per apartment. Porthgwidden is a few minutes’ walk from each of our three buildings, so you park once and leave the car behind.

Proper takeaway food on Wharf Road, including their famous fish chowder. Grab dinner without touching the car and take it back to the apartment or eat it out on the harbour wall.

The Milk Bar

Brilliant coffee, cake, ice cream and milkshakes on the wharf. Mornings start two flights down from your front door.

Chilito

Mexican food and cocktails right under the Premier apartments. Great for kids too — proper kids’ meals and unlimited soda refills.

How booking works

  • Reserve your dates with a 30% deposit. The balance is due 21 days before you arrive.
  • One-off £40 booking fee — it covers processing and locks in your parking space.
  • £200 security deposit, held as a pre-authorisation on your card and released within 72 hours of check-out.
  • If your plans change, get in touch as early as you can — we’ll do our best to rebook your dates. Full terms are shown at the final step of booking.

Frequently asked

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Dogs of any size stay free at all four Premier apartments. Beach House and Chy Mor are kept pet-free for guests with allergies.

Is parking included?

Yes, when you book direct on this site. We hold a reserved space at Porthgwidden car park for your whole stay, one car per apartment.

How does self check-in work?

We email your unique key safe code 48 hours before arrival. Check-in is from 4pm; check-out is by 10am so our housekeepers can get the apartment ready for the next guests. Someone is always on the end of a phone or WhatsApp if anything’s fiddly on arrival.

Where exactly are the apartments?

Beach House is on Wharf Road (TR26 1LH), Chy Mor and Premier are both on The Wharf (TR26 1LP and TR26 1LF). All three buildings front St Ives harbour.

Which apartments have a kitchen?

Beach House 1 and 2, Chy Mor 1 and 2, and Premier 1 and 3 all have full kitchens. Premier 2 and Premier 4 are harbour suites built for short breaks when you’d rather eat out at Chilito, The Milk Bar or Beach Takeaway, all right downstairs.

Is there a minimum stay?

It varies by apartment and season. Use the search at the top of the page for live availability and minimum-stay rules.

Are the apartments suitable for children?

Yes. Cots and foldable beds are available in every apartment — you can add them when you book.
